How it works:
Set up a consultation to learn your goals, experience and why.
Complete a movement assessment with a coach to identify strengths, imbalances, injuries and areas of improvement.
Your personal Coach will design a program for you using tried and true strength and conditioning principles based upon assessment.
You can perform your workouts at Exalted or remotely.
You’ll have a monthly consultation with your coach to ensure you’re progressing and to make changes to your program.
