We also recommend participating in a movement assessment along with an InBody Composition scan. You will be able to learn about your physical ability, movement patterns, strengths, and weaknesses to create a training experience that is unique for you along with identifying any injuries, strengths, and areas of improvement.
Using the InBody, will measure your body composition, including your muscle mass, body fat percentage, and more. What gets measured, gets improved. Establishing baseline data will allow you to see that we are doing our job and accomplishing your fitness goals.
Adam Caratini has been coaching CrossFit for 9 years. He is CrossFit Level 1 & 2 Certified. He has owned his own CrossFit facility and has a strong personal training background. He has many other certifications including: NASM CPT, NASM CNC, PPSC L1, USAW L1, OPEX CCO, and CPR-AED.
