Your fitness journey starts with a consultation. We talk about your goals, experiences, and how we can help you get there. We perform an InBody Composition Scan to provide a detailed analysis of your body composition related to your overall health and fitness.
We got deep to figure our your current physical ability, movement patterns, strengths, and weaknesses to create a training experience that is unique, just like you. Your coach will take you through a 2 part assessment to determine your body composition and movement quality. This is done with our InBody Composition Scan and our movement assessment.
Using the InBody, will measure your body composition, including your muscle mass, body fat percentage, and more. You will go through a number of mobility and strength tests to identify any injuries, strengths, and areas of improvement.
What gets measured, gets improved. Establishing baseline data will allow you to see that we are doing our job and accomplishing your fitness goals.
Your coach will create a customized plan based on your goals, lifestyle, and abilities. All of your training sessions are covered by an experienced, professional coach. You will never be left guessing about what to do. We have plans to fit every fitness level.
