CrossFit eXalted is THE ONLY CrossFit affiliate to offer fitness containers. Manufactured by Rally Fitness, these containers used to be exclusively available only to the US Military. These gym containers are mobile gym lockers built with custom fabricated build-outs that can store even more equipment for members to utilize.
Our coaches are thrilled to begin classes utilizing these containers. "The new containers are incredibly versatile, allowing us to use more space and equipment than ever before" says Coach Ari. "I look forward to enjoying different types of training with specialty equipment along with traditional equipment."
This new addition to eXalted is a key component in transforming the experience of our members. Squat rack capacity and pull up capacity is doubled with both containers. We also add 10 additional wall ball targets along with 4 climbing wings. The bars have a marine powder coating enhancing grip and durability of the equipment. With these new containers, we will be able to coach larger classes and expand outside when weather permits.
Let's take a sneak peak inside the containers and see all that they have to offer. Hanging on the inside door is agility equipment used to improve agility and strength along with unique movements. Inside we have brand new wall balls, kettle bells, weights of every size, deadlift trap bars, barbells, benches and even more....
"The new shipping containers give our members more space and training options" explains Coach Adam. Coach Adam is a lead coach who also spearheads our eXalted ID Programming, which combines personal fitness guidance along with nutrition and lifestyle coaching. "50% of people have insufficient levels of Vitamin D. Sunlight is a natural remedy for this issue, so having the option to workout outside is a complete game changer."
Adam Caratini, a head coach at eXalted, has been coaching for CrossFit for 8 years. He is CrossFit Level 1 & Level 2 Certified. He has owned his own CrossFit facility and has a strong personal training background. He has many other certifications including: NASM CPT, NASM CNC, PPSC L1, USAW L1, OPEX CCO, and CPR-AED.
Ari Levy is a head coach and general manager at eXalted. He is CrossFit Level 2 Certified and has been coaching for 7+ years. He has been with the eXalted community for over 5 years.
