Spearheaded by Coach Adam, CrossFit eXalted is now offering new Personalized Fitness Programming. eXalted ID Programming is paired with nutrition and lifestyle and completed at your convenience when your schedule allows. This is the next step in your fitness journey offering cost effective personalized coaching taking you from where you are to where you want to go. ID Coaching is personal training without micromanagement in a fun and engaging environment.

Our overall goal in eXalted ID Programming is to help you navigate through life with better sleep, nutrition, and lower stress. This is a form of preventative health care, and we want you to think of us as your health retirement plan.
Coach Adam will develop an individualized long term fitness strategy with daily programming built exclusively for you. There are periodic assessments to ensure your progress and growth along with 1:1 monthly strategy sessions to track and review your development. This unique lifestyle and nutrition coaching is the perfect way to kickstart your fitness journey.
Beginning with a consultation, you will meet with one of our coaches to share your goals, priorities, lifestyle, experiences, and most importantly your why. Afterwards, you will complete a movement assessment with a coach to identify your strengths, imbalances, any injuries, and areas of improvement. Your personal coach will design and tailor a program unique to you based on the data collected from your consultation and your assessment. The next step is to begin your workouts either at eXalted or remotely. There will be monthly consultation with your coach to verify your progress and modify your program if necessary.
