Exalted is rolling out a series of workshops to learn the more complex movements. Each workshop will have a single topic and you will learn the complete roadmap to master the movement. We will cover the foundation of progressions of every step it takes to get from the beginning to the end. We will work on your confidence cues, building routines that can help strengthen the muscles and coordination to do the movement, and practices you can do on your own.
All workshops are on Saturday from 8 AM to 9 AM at eXalted, please plan on doing the 9:30 AM workout as well.
