Tim doing a single arm farmer’s carry with a 105# kettlebell. This is a great exercise to strengthen the midline stabilizers.

New Years “Eva”
5 rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
30 Kettlebell swings (2 pood)
30 Pull-ups

You may do this workout as a team if you like.  Run the 800 meters together, then work together to get all the reps of the swings and pull-ups.
