5 rounds for QUALITY:
10 Blocking Movement for Quality Chest-to-bar Pull Ups
20 Hollow rocks

If you can’t perform chest to bar pull-ups, then you will do 6 reps of strict chest to bar pull-ups per round with a band if needed.
