EMOM for 24 minutes:
In the 1st minute, perform 8 dumbbell rows going AHAP.
In the 2nd minute, perform 6 chin-ups (add weight if not challenging).
In the 3rd minute, perform 30-40 seconds of GHD bench press.
Every 4th minute, rest.
