EMOM for 20 minutes:
In the first minute, perform 8 ring rows with elevated feet.
In the second minute, perform 10 overhead walking lunges (5 each leg, you choose load).
In the third minute, perform 15-20 GHD sit-ups.
In the 4th minute, rest.
The walking lunges should challenge you, but be unbroken every round. As usual, be smart with the GHD sit-ups, know where you are at volume wise.
