Find your 1 rep max.
This will be a pause jerk. Pause for 3 seconds in the dip position to focus on proper balance and posture.

Workout of the Day
3 rounds for time:
20 Calories on the rower
15 Over the rower burpees

Rest 2 minutes,
then

3 rounds for time:
10 Hang power cleans (185/133)
10 Shoulder-to-overhead

Both workouts together are capped at 20 minutes.  Each workout should be relatively short, but very fast (intense).
