“Beach Muscles”
For time:
Run 800m
50-40-30-20-10 Sit-Ups
25-20-15-10-5 Ring Dips
Run 800m

Absolutely NO band dips or reducing amount of dips, they will be scaled to hand release push-ups.

If you are not done with the sit-ups/ring dips at 17 minutes you will capped, but at that point you will go out for the 800m run.
