    Had to modify warm ups, I’m not 100% yet:

    300+ single unders w/ periodic stretching during the 5 min
    16 pistols, just didn’t have the range, something to work back in to

    WoD – 7+10 Rx, funny to say but that was my first wall walks, Richard showed a total lack of respect for his elders by making me push it today, I was dead set on just coasting today!!!

    Well, 10+ weeks of no wod’s and I did 4 straight this week, I’m definitely not full strength but I am very happy to be back, it felt like eternity
