In 10 minutes, find your 1 rep max.  Then perform 5 sets of 3 reps at 85% of just attained 1 RM.

Workout of the Day
For time:
50 Wall-balls (20/14) (Rx+ 30/20)
400 meter run
50 Toes-to-bar
400 meter run
50 Hang power cleans (95/63) (Rx+115/73)
400 meter run
50 Squat jumps (Rx+ with a 45/33 lb barbell on your back)
400 meter run

At any point in the workout you break the set of 50 reps on anything, perform 1 rope climb as a penalty.  This workout is capped at 30 minutes.  Do not do the rope climbs unless you are Rx’ing everything else.  Just treat the workout as a normal chipper.
