HEY!  I know I haven’t been in very much, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been working.  Just wanted to give you guys a quick update of things I have been working on and you can look forward to in the next couple of months!

  1. We will be adding an evening eXalted Unloaded class.  Finally those who are looking for eXalted level coaching and programming but without the heavy weights and high skill workouts at night.  This class will more than likely be at 7 p.m.  If this interests you, please E-mail me will@crossfitexalted.com so I can keep you up to date!
  2. Brand new website with a more comprehensive structure and blog.  (this is coming very soon)
  3. A six week nutrition challenge through MACROSTAX!  This will come at the perfect time to get you ready for the warm weather (JET SKI!) season.
  4. Personal training.  After talking with a a couple of coaches, I am going to make this an available service.  We have coaches that cover a wide range of specialities, so it was only natural to take this step.  We have Olympic lifting, athletic development, CrossFit/skill development, and injury prevention ALL covered.  E-mail me with any questions.
  5. Back to regularly schedule community events.  Top Golf is next on our list!
  6. I will be back on a normal schedule of attendance in two weeks.  I’m sorry I haven’t been around but as you can see, I’ve been hard at work trying to make as many improvements as I can with my time.
