    -100? of Bear Crawls (Who’s the dumbass that did this on a concrete driveway? Um, yeah… got the blisters to prove it.)
    -50 Burpees
    -50 KB Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (Used a 25# KB)
    -50 V-Ups
    -100m Sprint w/25# KB (Haha… sprint? It was more of a really awkward looking jog.)
