    Back squat: 10/3 @ 275

    After doing heavy back squats 4 days a week for the last 4 weeks I’m very happy for a short break from back squats!! Going to try some power cleans in a couple of weeks.

    Great job everyone!!! I’ve had a lot of fun the last two Saturdays watching everyone compete
