For time:
60 Strict pull-ups

This is capped at 10 minutes.  If you get capped, that’s fine.  Your score is how many pull-ups you did in 10 minutes.

Workout of the Day
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
100 Air squats
75 Kettlebell swings (70/53)
50 Ring dips

If you can’t do ring dips, you will perform normal push-ups instead.
