Train with Coach Maria, a Team USA Athlete coached by Maddy Rogers and currently Danny Camargo, in our individualized barbell program.

As an experienced weightlifting coach, Maria has designed our program to allow you to compete in a welcoming atmosphere and train alongside other athletes with similar skill levels.

What is Olympic Lifting?

In our Barbell program the focus will be on the following Olympic-style lifts:

  • Snatch
  • Clean
  • Push-Press
  • Push-Jerk
  • Split-Jerk

Whether you are a new or developing lifter, we’ll help you learn to lift with an efficient technique suited to your body. Every workout is divided by age and weightlifting class allowing you to train and compete with people who have similar strengths and abilities.

You will be paired with a coach in a small group class that is 1.5 hours to refine your weightlifting style through various accessory techniques.

Is it for Beginners or Advanced Athletes?

We welcome athletes of all skill levels to try our Barbell Program. We can scale any workout or movement for your strength or skill level.

We encourage younger athletes between the ages of 10-18 to participate in our program too!
