Overhead squats (135/93)
Perform 40 double-unders after every set of overhead squats

This workout is capped at 20 minutes.  Do the math on how many reps it is and scale appropriately.  If you can’t do double-unders, you will do twice as many single-unders.  If you don’t have the mobility to do a full range of motion overhead squat and it not look sketchy, increase the weight and do front squats instead.

Find your 1 rep max.
You have 20 minutes to establish a one rep max. Then, as a class you will have 5 minutes to perform AMRAP at 75% of just attained 1 RM. The AMRAP will be done from the ground to avoid any sketchy lowers to try and re rack the bar.
