Split Jerk
Find your 3 rep max.

Between every set you do, have a bar off to the side with a small amount of weight on it and perform 5 reps of the drop jerk drill.

Workout of the Day
3 rounds:
400 meter run
30 calories on the rower
20 over the rower lateral burpees

Rest 3 minutes between each round. Score will be average time for all 3 rounds. SPRINT SPRINT SPRINT!
