  • OMG…. This looks like fun! I wanna, I wanna. 

  • OHS: 95, 135, 165, 190, 210 PR, 220/f (just about 1/2″ short of stabilizing at the bottom, I’m going to knock out 225 next Saturday!!!)

    WoD: 6:11 Rx (sets were 35-20-20, so 4 rope climbs)

  • OH: 133#   – not disappointed – this is 5# off my PR

    WoD: 15:33 Rx

    Dropped the bar 3 times – @ 25, 45, & 60 … damn rope climbs. I’m happy I was able to complete the WoD Rx. Although, my wrists are killing me .. eek.
