    WoD: 5+4 Rx – HSPU were limiting factor did my set of 5 MU’s unbroken, going to try Will advice on HSPU progressions

    4 + 7. Did HSPUs to yoga mat.
    Happy I did 12 MUs in a WoD. They were definitely my limiting factor.

      You should never, ever, ever, ever, never, ever sub MU’s again. Any MU subs will come with a 100 wall ball penalty!!!
