    HSPU Max Depth: 25’s, 45’s, (2) 10’s and abmat

    PC Emom: 170, 185, 190, 195, 200, 205, 210, 215, 220, 225, 230 PR (last rep felt great, tells me I have plenty more in me)

    WoD: 19:14 Rx (HSPU w/ 25’s and abmat), my HSPU’s are still weak, I fatigue easily and don’t recover
