Warm-up/Strength
8 rounds for QUALITY:
6 Strict pull-ups
6 Strict Ring dips
6 Wall squats
6 Weighted pistols (if possible)

Weakness Wednesday
Either work on things you need to or learn progressions towards a new goal. Finally got that ring dip or CTB pull-up? Work on a muscle-up. Mobility is always an option as well.
