EMOM for 14 minutes:
Every odd minute, perform 10 dumbbell snatches as fast as possible.
Every even minute, perform one unbroken set of push-ups.
You choose the weight on the dumbbell snatches but it should be heavy. That is 5 on each arm. If you aren’t good at push-ups and can’t do a decent set unbroken, then just spend the first 30 seconds of the minute doing AMRAP. Score is total push-ups
