Taylor, eXalted’s own Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) getting 205 lbs overhead during yesterday’s split jerk 3 rep max. Get in touch with him if you have any aches and pains that need to be addressed. Taylor comes in and does the workouts just like everyone else so he knows the movements and understands the mechanics of Olympic lifting and CrossFit very well.  You won’t have bother explaining what a split jerk or snatch is to Taylor when you go and see him!
