    WoD – started with 155 but had to back off to 135. Ugh.

    But I feel like my wind is improving. It appears that going 4~5 times/week is more beneficial than twice a week. Who knew?
    I’m coming for you Macaione. That sombrero can only take you so far. 🙂

    Power cleaned and jerked up to 155# the realized I was supposed to be squat cleaning so went back down to 135# and finished at 145#/1
    WOD: 16:08 with 115# at mighty bad cramp in my calf. good day
