Injury Prevention
Spend 2 minutes each leg smashing anterior tibialis and gastroc with lacrosse ball. (Front and back of lower leg)

Then spend 2 minutes per leg doing a band distracted ankle mobilization.

Workout of the Day
8 rounds:

Sprint 150 meters
Walk 50 meters

There is no time for this.  You will run to the 300 meter mark, then walk to 400 meter mark.  Then you will run to the driveway and walk to the start line.
