 Warm-up/Skill
I think you know the drill by now. Today is the day to get the coaching on something you have been struggling with. This includes any skill, gymnastic movement, or Olympic movement. If you want to go for a snatch PR and want some coaching along the way or want to get up that rope, let’s go.

This also a great day to really get into some mobility work, learn how to smash your tissues to release them, work on that achilles to improve your pistol. . .etc.
