Seminole High School softball player Devan has improved tremendously since coming to eXalted. Her strength has increased but more importantly her technique and understanding of proper movement patterns has helped her get much better at exercises that have caused her issues in the past.

Midline/Injury Prevention
On your own, roll out posterior chain for 5 minutes, then
3 rounds not for time:
20 Overhead walking lunges (you choose weight)
20 GHD sit-ups
5 I’s, Y’s and T’s with a 4 second eccentric (negative)
1 minute mobility of your choice on each side

Workout of the Day
For time:
1K Row
100 Double-unders
1 Mile run
