10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Handstand push-ups
10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80-90-100 Double-unders

If you cannot do handstand push-ups, you will do push presses with 70% of whatever you did on the complex. This workout will be capped at 20 minutes.
