EMOM for 12 minutes:
Every odd minute, perform 3-5 reps of a power position clean.
Every even minute, perform one unbroken set of muscle-ups.
Score is total amount of muscle-ups. If you can’t do muscle-ups, you will do ring pull-ups instead. Keep the weight moderate on the cleans, focusing on speed under the bar and getting the elbows around.
