Keith coaching David and Tracy through their intro. Your first day with eXalted will ALWAYS involve an intro to evaluate your current fitness level so future workouts can be catered to you. You will also get a month of customized programming to fully work you into the process and make sure you are comfortable.

Halting Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk

If you can’t split jerk or if your split jerk is weaker than your push jerk, then you will do the clean + push press + push jerk.  A halting clean involves the bar coming off the floor but pausing for 3 seconds below your knee before you continue up.

U.S. Army First Lieutenant Omar Vazquez, 25, of Hamilton, New Jersey, assigned to the 2nd Squadron, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, based in Fort Hood, Texas, died of wounds suffered April 22, 2011, when insurgents in Numaniyah, Iraq, attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device. He is survived by his parents Maria and Pablo, sister Marisel, and brothers Pablo and Javier.
