The first WOD of the Civil War has been announced!  In the spirit of:

Olympic/Strength
Warm-up Snatch for 10 minutes, then:
You have to perform 8 sets of the complex, power snatch + hang squat snatch + 2 overhead squats.
Your load is the highest weight you obtain on any set. You may not do more than 8 sets and you will have 20 minutes.

Workout of the Day
4 Rounds:
As many reps as possible in one minute of:
Wall-balls (20/14)
Strict pull-ups
Power snatches (135/93)
Rest one minute in between each round.
