Jeff knocking out some chin-ups on his way to learning kipping pull-ups. Jeff is 13 years old and a baseball player whose parents brought him to us because they were dissatisfied with the results from his former training. Their biggest goal is for him to add muscle and in two weeks of training with us, has already gained 3 lbs.  Jeff being an athlete does some workouts differently than everyone else.  The coaches at eXalted customize the workout of the day to suit your needs and fitness level.

Split Jerk
Find your 1 rep max.
If your technique is solid, go for a 1 RM. If not, we will have drills ready to fix your issues!  Or of course practice for those of you who need it.

Workout of the Day
BURNER for time:
50 Wall-balls (20/14)
400 meter run
30 Pull-ups
20 Lateral bar burpees
10 Thrusters (155/108)

Go unbroken and put down the fastest time and I will give you a Raaw Macaw bar on the house!
