Find your 1 rep max.
This will be the same as snatch practice from a couple weeks ago. Work on the part of your technique that is lacking or go for a new PR if you are feeling strong!
Workout of the Day
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
15 Strict pull-ups (pull as high as you can, chin WAY OVER)
15 Ring dips (focus on perfect ROM)
50 Double-unders (or practice for 2 minutes)
This is technically an AMRAP, but I want strict focus on quality of movement. As such, there will be NO band assisted ring dips allowed, ring push-ups will be the substitute for EVERYONE. Don’t hesitate to grab a band for those pull-ups.
