Hannah has a great new drill for helping you improve your foot clamp on rope climbs and as always can help you improve any gymnastics weaknesses you might have. Remember, have an idea of what you would like to work on, don’t just ask a coach “What should I be doing?” We all have a laundry list of weaknesses! Have a mobility issue that is bugging you? Perfect! Lets teach you something that will decrease your pain and improve your range of motion!
