The 9:30 class is back in full swing!

Workout of the Day
“Annie”
50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Double-unders
Sit-ups
Rest 5 minutes, then
50 Burpees
Rest 5 minutes, then
2k Meter Row

Times for all three WOD’s will be taken separately.  A running clock will be provided throughout.  “Annie” will be capped at 12 minutes.  If you get capped on “Annie”, your time will be 12 plus however many reps you had left.
