Overhead Squat
Find your 5 rep max.
Arrive early and mobilize the heck out your squat! Focus on the achilles, hips, and thoracic spine.

Workout of the Day
For Total Reps:
5 minutes of rowing (calories)
4 minutes of muscle-ups
3 minutes of wall-balls (30/20)
2 minutes of hang snatches (95/63)
1 minute of thrusters

If you cannot do muscle-ups, you will do either ring dips or hand release push-ups.
