Strength Conditioning

5 rounds:
In one minute, perform 5 deadlifts, then AMRAP strict handstand push-ups in remaining time. Rest 30 seconds between rounds.

You choose the load on the deadlifts. Pick something that is challenging, but without question unbroken every round.  The weight does not change through the workout.  If you can’t do HSPU at all, you will do either kettlebell or dumbbell STRICT press.
