As a class, run 400 meters, then 3 rounds not for time:
15 protract/retract push-ups
10 good mornings with empty bar
8 pull-up retractions

EMOM for 20 minutes:
Every odd minute, perform 6 clean and jerks (135/93)
Every even minute, perform AMRAP of chest-to-bar “Cindy.”
Let’s see if you learned your lesson from last week. . .except different. . .Scale the weight so you can be TnG for the most part on the clean and jerks. OR use the same as you did last week and how it goes. . . Don’t forget the pull-ups are chest-to-bar and you must finish the clean and jerks in order to go back to work on Cindy. Feel free to take a minute off from Cindy if you need to, but you must do the clean and jerks. If you manage to get 10 rounds of Cindy and complete all the clean and jerks, most of you will have demolished your score from last week. Good luck.
