      • well you definitely have some hops, I’m not so sure about trash talking a 3 yr old but if he’s in the lane then I guess he is fair game

    (I did 27 ring push-ups & then switched to regular push-ups once my shoulders literally felt like they were burning – which is quite an interesting feeling)

    As much pain as my right shoulder is in, I’m actually surprised that certain exercises weren’t as difficult as I thought they’d be. The ring push-ups were as I expected. lol
    Last week’s breathing ladder with the KB actually came in handy with the swings tonight – I think that made a huge difference. And, my shoulders being fried forced my last set of DU’s to come more from my wrists, and those felt better! Although painful, I enjoyed it. =D
