  • Warm Up: Back Squat – 225/3, 235/3, 250/3 (was supposed to do 5 but ran out of time)

    Rack Split Jerk: 135/2, 160/2, 185/2, 200/2, 210/2, 225/2 (225 is a 1RM PR for me, to do it twice that easily tells me all the heavy squats are working!!!!)

    WoD:  14:27 Rx+ – that might be the worst I have done double unders since the Iron Curtain 2010, the last set I was resorting to single-single-double, been too focused on strength work, will have to add some more skill work to warm ups

    WoD: 25:40 Rx – I really struggled with the DUs. 1st attempt to do them in a WoD and my shins are paying for it!

    Big thanks to my coaches who let me battle it out regardless of how ugly or how long it took!
