Go as heavy as possible:
Snatch pull + Power position snatch (high hang) + 2 Overhead squats
The snatch pull (notice I did not say high pull) will be light, but there will be absolutely no arm bending. In order to work on the gym’s early arm bending addiction, the shrug will be emphasized. Hit the power and shrug aggressively keeping arms straight. The power position snatch will almost no dip, and focus on hip speed. This is what is expected.

2 Kettlebell swings (53/35) Rx+(70/53)
