    It took me 32 minutes and change, but I did Angie Rx. Feel pretty good about that.

  • split into rounds of 10 reps eachΒ 
    -completed 6 rounds with banded pull-ups
    -completed 2 more rounds with jpu – went ahead and stopped at the 30 minute cap.Β 

    I’m most excited about completing 80 push-ups!!!! πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€

  • have a hurt shoulder so instead did:

    100 box jumps
    100 ghd back extensions
    100 sit ups
    100 squats

    done in 25:58
