Workout of the Day
For time, partition however you would like:
50 Burpees
100 Sit-ups
50 Pull-ups
100 Box jumps (24/20)

Unless you can kip with a blue or red band, you will do ring rows to avoid jumping too much. Partition however you want means you can do 5 rounds of 10/20/10/20. Or 10 rounds of 5/10/5/10.

Rx+ on this WOD means no partitioning, do it as a chipper.
