EMOM for 20 minutes:
In the 1st minute, perform 12 dumbbell snatches alternating, don’t be afraid to go heavy.
In the 2nd minute, perform 16 GHD sit-ups.
In the 3rd minute, perform one set of unbroken push presses (155/108) (Rx+ 185/133)
In the 4th minute, rest.
Score on this EMOM is total number of push presses completed. You may not rest at any point once you start your set. Not overhead and certainly not in the rack position. Scale toward the heavier side so you aren’t doing a million reps and are working on your strength.
