EMOM for 12 minutes:
Every odd minute, perform 1 clean + 3 push jerks from the ground.
Every even minute, perform one set of unbroken toes-to-bar.
For the odd minute, pick a heavy weight and stick with it the whole EMOM. Go heavy from the start so there is no need to go up. Score will be total toes-to-bar.
