Every odd minute, perform 6-8 strict pull-ups.
Every even minute, perform 3 touch and go power snatches, going as heavy as possible.
With the power snatches, the goal is to go up in weight, but also maintain solid technique. NO foot splaying, press-outs, or big donkey kicks. Focus on hip speed.
