    Started with PC: 135, 155, 185 then Britt said no PC she wanted squat cleans, so
    Squat Clean: 135, 155, 175, 195, 210, 220 (maybe had 230 in me)

    Run: 13:21 Rx (3:01, 3:11 & 3:09) not bad, ran 1.5 miles in 9:21 (6:14 min miles)
